A Healthy Life, is a Happy Life

Here I will share my findings, thoughts, experiences and research of what it takes to live a healthy life.
- How you will benefit from consciously living your life by being mindful of what you feed your mind, your body and your soul.
- To help you find out what it is that you truly need and share tips, tricks and techniques to reach your goals.
- How to find your passion / your purpose and find out what it is that you truly desire.

There is only one factor for an unhealthy state of being and that is negative stress.
When you are healthy, the frequency of your whole being will be in harmony with the frequencies that the Creator meant for us, the frequency of unconditional Love.
If this harmony gets disrupted, mentally, physically or at the core, you will be unaligned and you will endure negative stress because it disrupts our being.
Big, heavy, penetrating or long-lasting negative frequencies will cause the mind, body or soul to get out of balance and causes dis-ease or worse.

Mind

The mind creates the earthly life we experience. If it's  not healthy, we will start living in an alternate reality.

Body

The body is what makes us navigate on Earth. If it is not healthy, we will no longer be able to move freely.

Soul

Our soul is what fuels our desires, our purpose, which without we are nothing, and thus not capable of anything.

To Live a healthy life you should try to maintain your mind, body and soul as balanced as possible because the more you stabilize the less you will fall.”

Mind

Our mind is the control room/the processor for interpreting the world around us and giving us the illusion of what this means to us.

But our minds can be influences and tricked very easily. Therefore, it is mandatory that we keep our mind and thoughts focused on where we want them to go, so we know we are really choosing our own path, the path we were meant to walk.

Body

Our mind is a part of our body, therefor what happens to the body will affect the mind. It is also mandatory to keep our body healthy if we wish to life a truly happy life.
Our body is an extension of our true self, and if we are lucky, we are able  to express ourselves however we want.
Health is a goal never accomplished so we must keep our mind and body true to our true selves; what do you truly desire?

Soul

Our soul is what keeps us moving forward to our personal goals, our purpose, to our love, to God. It is pure energy, passion, willpower and hope / faith we generate from this. Therefore our true desires, are what define our true self, our soul, the things that will bless us.
